Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Oliver's Army, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Oliver's Army. By using the Service, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
• You meet the minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction to use social networking services

Age Verification: We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be in violation of this age requirement will be immediately terminated.

To use Oliver's Army, you must create an account using a valid phone number. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and agree to:

• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Not share your account with others
• Not create multiple accounts

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

Oliver's Army is a platform for meaningful conversations. We expect all users to treat each other with respect.

Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content & Abusive Users

We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. Any user who posts objectionable content or engages in abusive behavior will have their content immediately removed and their account permanently terminated without warning. Abusive users will be banned from the platform and may be reported to law enforcement where appropriate.

Objectionable content includes, but is not limited to: pornography, sexual or explicit content, graphic violence, content promoting self-harm or suicide, content that exploits or endangers minors, hate speech, harassment, threats, and any content that is illegal or promotes illegal activity.

Prohibited Content

You may NOT post content that:

• Sexual or Explicit Content: Pornography, nudity, sexually explicit material, or content intended to be sexually gratifying
• Hate Speech: Promotes hatred or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Violence: Threatens, promotes, or glorifies violence against individuals or groups, or depicts graphic violence or gore
• Self-Harm: Promotes, encourages, or glorifies suicide, self-injury, or eating disorders
• Illegal Activity: Promotes or facilitates illegal activities including drug use, trafficking, or fraud
• Harassment: Bullies, stalks, intimidates, or harasses other users
• Personal Information: Shares private information of others without consent (doxxing)
• Spam: Sends unsolicited promotional content, scams, or misleading information
• Impersonation: Falsely represents yourself as another person or entity
• Misinformation: Deliberately spreads false information that could cause harm

Prohibited Behavior

You may NOT:

• Engage in abusive, threatening, or predatory behavior toward other users
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or reverse-engineer the Service
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the Service
• Circumvent any security measures or rate limits
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Evade account bans by creating new accounts

Enforcement & Consequences

Violations result in immediate action. Depending on the severity, consequences include:

• Content Removal: Objectionable content is removed immediately upon detection
• Account Suspension: Temporary suspension for minor first-time violations
• Permanent Ban: Immediate and permanent account termination for serious violations, repeated offenses, or any form of abuse
• Law Enforcement Referral: Illegal activity is reported to appropriate authorities

We reserve the right to terminate any account at our sole discretion for any violation of these guidelines.

Reporting & Moderation

You can report users or content that violates these guidelines using the in-app reporting feature. Our moderation team reviews all reports promptly and takes swift action. We encourage all users to report objectionable content or abusive behavior immediately.

You retain ownership of the content you create and post on Oliver's Army. However, by posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating the Service.

You are solely responsible for your content and represent that:

• You own or have the rights to post the content
• Your content does not violate any third-party rights
• Your content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

We are not responsible for:

• User Content or the accuracy of information posted by users
• Any interactions or disputes between users
• Third-party websites or services linked from the Service

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OLIVER'S ARMY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. You agree to attempt to resolve any disputes informally by contacting us first at brandon@olivers.army.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated version on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
